What is your foundation?

We audit the brand beneath your marketing.

Marketing works better when the foundation is clear. We help established service businesses find what is holding growth back and build the right next step.

The honest question

Your marketing is busy. Is it useful?

You are paying an agency, a contractor, or an internal team. The reports arrive on time. And still the honest question remains: is any of this working? For many established service businesses, marketing feels scattered and reactive, and no one can say which efforts actually bring customers in the door.

In our experience the cause is rarely effort. When brand, strategy, and systems are misaligned underneath, more content and more spend just add noise. The foundation decides what the tactics can do.

Our approach

Listen first. Then build.

Growth becomes more sustainable when your brand, strategy, and marketing systems are built on a clear foundation. Here is how we get there.

Understand first

We take time to understand the person, the business, and the pressure behind the request.

Build intentionally

We recommend from evidence rather than adding disconnected tactics.

Solve practically

Recommendations are clear, useful, and designed for your real capacity.

Grow sustainably

We favor durable trust, systems, and progress over short bursts of attention.

The offer

One offer, done well: the Marketing Foundation Audit

We review the foundation beneath your marketing: business alignment, current partners and spend, brand and content, demand generation, CRM and follow-up, and measurement. You receive clear findings and a prioritized 90-day Growth Blueprint you can act on.

How it works

How the audit works

1

Listen

A pre-audit questionnaire and an executive discovery session. We start with your goals and your honest questions, not a menu of services.

2

Verify

We inventory your agencies, vendors, channels, systems, and spend, and build an evidence register that separates verified facts from claims, observations, and gaps.

3

Diagnose

Findings by domain: what is working, what is unclear, and what is misaligned.

4

Prioritize

A 90-day Growth Blueprint with owners, timing, dependencies, and measures, presented in an executive findings and decision session.

Proof

This method has a track record

Before Adamah, I spent twenty-two months as Director of Marketing at a multi-office law firm, rebuilding its growth engine with exactly this sequence: instrument first, decide from data, cut what loses, compound what wins. Every figure below is pulled from a platform of record.

+153%
website conversion rate
76%
better average search position
$128,731
annualized ad spend removed
6.74x
blended return on tracked spend
Who it is for

Built for established service businesses

We work with owners and executives in North Georgia and Metro Atlanta who are already spending on marketing and want an independent marketing consultant to tell them what it is actually producing.

Professional services

CPA firms, wealth advisors, real estate teams and brokerages, mortgage, title, and closing businesses.

Established local services

Roofing, windows, construction, HVAC, plumbing, dental and healthcare practices, and other trust-based operators.

The audit is not a fit for everyone. If you are looking for guaranteed leads or a predetermined verdict, we are not the right partner, and we will tell you so early.

Six questions

How solid is your foundation?

These are six of the questions we ask in a real audit, one from each area we review. It takes about ninety seconds. Your answers stay in your browser, nothing is sent to us, and no email is required to see the result.

The difference

The audit is the product

We sell the diagnosis itself, so the findings answer to you rather than to a retainer. That independence changes how the work behaves.

Before you ask

The questions we hear first

What exactly do I get?+
A written audit of six foundation areas, an evidence register separating verified facts from claims and gaps, a prioritized 90-day Growth Blueprint, and an executive session where we walk you through all of it. Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing, from the actual complexity of your business, before you commit to anything.
Do you also do the marketing work afterward?+
No, and that is deliberate. We sell the diagnosis, not the execution, so nothing in the findings is shaped by work we hope to sell you next. When you need execution, we can introduce qualified agencies and disclose any compensation before you decide.
What if I am already happy with my agency?+
Then the audit either confirms that, which is worth knowing, or it finds the gap between what they are doing and what your business needs. Plenty of audits end with keep your agency and fix the brief. We have no incentive to tell you otherwise.
How much of my time will this take?+
A pre-audit questionnaire, one discovery session, access to your platforms and reporting, and a findings session at the end. We do the digging. Most of your time investment lands in those two conversations.
Who do you work with?+
Established service businesses in North Georgia and Metro Atlanta: professional firms like CPAs, wealth advisors, and real estate teams, and local service operators like roofing, HVAC, construction, and dental practices. If you are not a fit, we will tell you early rather than sell you an audit you do not need.

So, what is your foundation?

The next step is a conversation, not a commitment. We will listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether the audit fits.
